Using our website service at QuickontheNet.com, you can add a simple job application form to your jobs by clicking one button. Just one click, and it's done.

If you wish, you can have the job application messages sent to more than one email address.

 

Use Outlook to Manage your Job Application Emails

The subject bar of the incoming email messages can contain your unique job reference number, to help you manage and track the job applications.

The email subject bar can also contain the job title and location.

If you use Microsoft Outlook, you can create 'Rules' to manage your incoming job application email messages. For example, you could choose to have email job applications with a specific job reference number delivered and moved into a particular folder in MS Outlook.

There are other cool features to consider, including playing a special sound whenever a job application email is received, or flag a message for a follow-up action.
